Payment is required in advance.  From the time you register, we incur costs as we confirm venues, order catering, and create and prepare materials.  Once you submit your registration, you (and/or your organization, when applicable) are liable for the ticket/admission fee unless cancelled within the cancellation policy.  All event cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance of an event for refund of ticket/admission price. No refund will be offered within 72 hours of an event
