Volunteer to Help Children in Brevard County have a Happy Holiday Season!
The toy distribution for WA1A’s Toys for Kids Drive will be held on Wednesday, Dec 9th at the Super Flea Market on Interstate 95. Volunteer shifts are available: 6am-10am, 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm. Anyone interested in volunteering the day of Dec. 9th can email Theresa Abruzzo-Price at tap626@aol.com.
Can’t volunteer but still want to help out? Toys are being collected up until Dec. 8th, the toys can be dropped off at WA1A radio station on Hibiscus Blvd. in Melbourne (Oaks Plaza). An additional list of drop off locations can be found by clicking here.
Next Social, January 28th, 2010! 
YPB is kicking off the New Year in style with great new programming! Join other YPs from throughout Brevard for our next social networking event at The Holiday Inn on North Wickham Road in Viera on Thursday, January 28, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
You'll enjoy meeting up with friends and making new ones while you feast on complimentary hors d'oeuvres. Cash bar will be available.
As always, no need to RSVP. Admission is still free for ypB members and $10.00 for nonmembers. Everyone's invited, so bring your friends along! See you in the New Year!

YP Fast Track is the newest leadership and professional development program from LEAD Brevard, Brevard County's premier leadership development organization.
YP Fast Track is designed for young, working professionals - programs are conveniently scheduled and modules are designed to provide the maximum learning experience based on your program goals.
YP Fast Track will help develop your leadership skills and your strengths, putting you in a position to accelerate your career.
YP Fast Track engages you in the Brevard community, introducing you to the people and places on the Space Coast and showing how you can get involved and make a difference.
YP Fast Track is just what it says: The Fast Track for any young professional wanting to take their career to the next level!
Knowing that today's young professionals want opportunities to learn the skills that will help them succeed, we've developed a program that gives you the foundation to build on, from leadership development and professional skills, to personal growth and community service.
Developed with input from young professionals, YP Fast Track is five, day-long sessions that will provide you with hands-on, interactive learning experiences, insights from established and successful professionals, a glimpse into your leadership style and how to best use it, and an overview of what makes Brevard County a great place to live, work, and play!

YPs from throughout Brevard joined our November 19th social networking event at Duran Golf. Members helped give children around Brevard County a happy holiday season by donating toys to benefit WA1A’s Toys for Kids Drive.
