Goal: Implement strategies that support the attraction, retention and satisfaction of ypB membership.

Activities: Satisfaction trending, membership trending, community outreach, members-only events

Events: New Member Blenders, Volunteer and Community Service, Cultural Arts, Recreation / Sports, Advocacy, Membership Drives, Socials (support)

Leadership and Development

Goal: Implement personal and professional leadership and development activities for the young professional community.

Activities: See events

Events: Investment Seminars, First Time Home Buyer Seminars, Executive Chats, Dinner with Leaders, interviewing skills, public speaking, how to network

Business Outreach

Goal: Implement outreach strategies to educate and garner support from the business community about the value and return on investment of ypB. Implement strategies that promote at a minimum, a revenue neutral status for the program.

Activities: Budget monitoring / development support, speaking engagements / presentations, marketing plan support, program sponsorship outreach, ypBUY!
