Sandi Scannelli, Organizational & Employment Consultant
Sandi is an independent consultant recently relocated to Brevard County from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. As President/CEO of a Virginia corporation she founded in 1984 and led for 20 years, she counseled and trained business and nonprofit leaders in areas related to workforce development and organizational architecture, as well as relationship-based client/donor development.
She co-trains nationally with Maryland-based Cygnet Associates and serves clients in Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Michigan, and New Jersey. Most recently she has also been working with organizations in planning for employment reductions and authored an article in the May Issue of Space Coast Business.
Sandi is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College and has trained in Atlanta with John and Miriam Carver, noted and prolific authors on Policy Governance – a governance model John Carver developed and introduced in his book Boards That Make a Difference. Sandi also was invited by Jossey-Bass publishers to participate in the manuscript review of Getting Started with Policy Governance by Caroline Oliver, released earlier this year.
Dr. Matthew Collins, Strategic Planning Consultant
Dr. Matthew Collins earned his Ph.D. in public management and public
policy from Virginia Tech in 2003 and has taught public policy and management at Ferrum College, Virginia Tech, and the University of Central Florida (UCF).
Dr. Collins works as a consultant for private sector, governmental, and
nonprofit agencies. Dr. Collins has extensive consulting experience in Strategic Planning, Strategic Fiscal Planning, Comprehensive Planning, Organizational Team Building, Grant Writing, Ethics Training, and Facilitation of Inter and Intra Organizational and Meetings.
Dr. Collins has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals such as
Administration and Society, Disaster Prevention and Management, and
Emergency Management. Dr. Collins is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative statistical research design and analysis.
Jim Brandon, International Motivational Speaker
Jim Brandon is an international motivational speaker with a background in the world of professional basketball.
Jim has over 5 years experience as a sports commentator and guest sports analyst with Sky Sport, ITV sport, Channel 4 Sport, BBC Radio Sports and Chrysalis Sport Productions.
Jim also played for the Boston Celtics, with one of
America's sporting icons, Larry Bird. He represented the USA in
international basketball competitions and still holds the record for highest
points scored by a touring American team player in international competition.
Jim uses music, video and imagery to stimulate and encourage
business professionals to think, breathe and act like professional athletes.
